Our house has a no pet policy and no smoking. We are located in a nice quiet neighborhood and appreciate you honoring the city designated quiet hours of 10pm-8am and not hosting parties or events. NOTE: The private pool does not have a security gate. It is recommended that children are monitored at all times in the backyard. Please use the pool at your own risk. When the temperature outside is in the 50s/60s F (usually the months of Dec through Feb) the pool temperature will reach 82-87 degrees when heated (even if the heater is set to 90 degrees - the ambient temperature makes it unlikely for the pool water to be hotter). This temperature is standard for pool heat during these months. It may seem cool to the touch but can feel great when immersed. When the temperature is under 55 degrees, the pool heater is unable to work efficiently. NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features a Ring Doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed NOTE: Guests agree to comply with the regulatory requirements of Indian Harbour Beach, Florida.

The beach house was perfect. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the salt water pool in the backyard and when we had time we just walked maybe 10 minutes to the beach! The hosts were friendly and even let us check in a little early. Highly recommend!
